Shipments are based on a first come, first serve basis. We do request that all orders be received at least 1 business day in advance of the requested ship date. We cannot guarantee shipment on orders received on the same day. Orders received after 11:00pm CST will be automatically scheduled for the next available ship date.
If we are unable to ship your order due to availability of stock or some other delay, we will contact you directly at the email address provided on the order.
We provide shipments internationally via FedEx. If your company has a FedEx account they would like to charge for the freight and duties & taxes cost, please indicate that on your order. Otherwise, freight and duties & taxes will be included on your invoice.
All International shipments are scheduled on Mondays for Media or Tuesdays for Tissue. This allows for clearance time through customs. Please submit orders at least one business day in advance to accommodate this shipping schedule. Please make sure to submit any customs documentation that is specific to your country. We only provide standard customs documentation and cannot be held responsible for delays in customs due to insufficient paperwork.
We will not assume liability for any domestic or international shipments held during transit.
E18, Sprague-Dawley rat tissues are available for dissection on Tuesdays and Thursdays and must be shipped overnight delivery.
E18, C57 mouse tissues are available for dissection on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and must be shipped overnight delivery.
All other ages and custom dissections are scheduled at the time of ordering and must be shipped overnight delivery.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us by emailing email@example.com. All cancellations or adjustments must have written documentation. Orders can be cancelled up until 2:00pm CST on shipment date. If your order is cancelled and a credit card payment has been made, your order will be refunded or the credit can be applied to your account. If your account has a credit placed on it, please reference the order number in which the original credit was applied when placing a new order.
